Palak Rice

Take equal quantities of rice, chopped spinach (palak) and Grated Cottage cheese (paneer)

  1. Add ½ tsp of cumin seeds to ½ tsp ghee and let it crackle
  2. Add rice and sauté for about 3 minutes
  3. Add spinach, paneer, salt and 1 cup of water
  4. Pressure cook for about 2-3 whistles
  5. Serve with fresh yogurt
