What better than starting a day with a healthy smoothie?

Ripe plums – peeled and deseeded / raspberries / strawberries
Banana – 1 no. (peeled and chopped)
Sugar – 1 to 2 tsps

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a food processor
  2. Strain and serve immediately
