Who doesn’t like variety ? If you have already tried breakfast smoothie, check out this healthy juice recipe for a change 🙂
Carrot – 1 no (small)
Beetroot – ¼ cup
Apple – 1 no. (big)
Mint leaves – few
Ginger – very small piece

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a food processor
  2. Strain and serve immediately

*add drops of lemon or black salt if required
